"Coastal Living" is a beautiful beachfront vacation home located on the West End of Panama City Beach. With stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from every balcony, this 3,300 square feet beachfront house sleeps up to 16 guests. Conveniently located in a tranquil setting, yet within only 2 miles of the shopping and restaurants of Pier Park and other local attractions. "Coastal Living" has every luxury desired for a private beach vacation.
The ground floor of the home is the main outlet to the outdoor private pool/deck and includes a convenient refrigerator and half bathroom. The pool is 16 x 8 in size and is surrounded with ample lounge seating and a charcoal grill for your use.
As you walk up the stairs to the second floor, you'll immediately notice the great open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room is a great spot for guests to gather in addition to the furnished walkout balcony. There is a murphy bed in the living area as well as a Flat Screen TV and direct access to a furnished balcony overlooking the beach. Down the hall is a half bathroom and a king bedroom with private full bathroom.
On the top floor, there is a single queen room with full private bathroom, 2 queen over queen bunk bedrooms (one with a full private bathroom) and a beachfront king suite with walkout balcony and full private bathroom. There is an additional full hall bathroom as well as a full washer/dryer on this floor as well.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
