Located in beautiful Panama City Beach, Boswell Beach is a 6-bedroom 6-bathroom home (with an additional 2 half baths) and sleeps 18 guests. Sit and relax on the beautiful decks this home has to offer and watch the waves roll in or take a dip in the private beachfront pool!
Walk into a light filled beachfront home with bright colors, and an open floor plan. The first floor welcomes you with the first living room area featuring game table, couch and flat screen TV. Down the hall a bit is a refrigerator/kitchenette area and half bath. The back door leads to the outdoor beachside pool deck and outdoor grilling area.
As you enter the second floor, you are greeted with an open area kitchen/living room/dining room so everyone can spend time together. Enjoy that cup of coffee or glass of wine and sit on the balcony and take in the ocean views. With plenty of seating outside and you can walk right down the outside stairs for a refreshing dip in the pool. Relax on the couches and comfy chairs and watch TV or have a visit with family and friends. The dining table sits 6-7 plus additional seating at the counter. Down the hall is another half bath. The first bedroom is a queen over king bunk bed with private full bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. Just across the hall is a king bedroom with a full private bathroom as well.
The top floor features a twin over twin bunk nook that sits next to the common area. To the right of the stairs is the full washer/dryer. Walk a little further and come into a second queen over king bunk bed with private full bathroom and tub/shower combination. Another bedroom across the hall is a king bedroom also with a full private bathroom. Saving the best for last is the 2 king bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms and shared furnished balcony with ocean views. Each bedroom throughout the home has a flat screen TV.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
