Welcome to Beach Happy, an impeccably designed four-story beachfront vacation home. This extraordinary dream home boasts 8 spacious bedrooms, 9 luxurious bathrooms, a private pool, a spacious recreation area, and a fully equipped kitchen, living, and dining space, all complemented by fully furnished walkout balconies. Looking for the perfect getaway? Beach Happy is the home for you! Chairs and umbrellas included with your stay!

As you first walk through your front door, you will come upon the first two bedrooms, to your left is a king primary suite with private en-suite and to your right is a double twin room featuring two twin over twin bunks which sleep up to 4 people; also with private en-suite. As you keep the tour moving towards the beachside of the home you will find a small living room area with large couch, flat screen TV, foosball table and kitchenette area, this room also leads out to the private outdoor pool with amazing beachfront views.
Head upstairs to the second floor where there is another recreational area featuring a pool table. There's also a bunk bedroom featuring a queen over king bunk set which sleeps up to 4 people and private en-suite as well. As you make your way to the beachside of the second level, you are coming up on the supreme master king suite! The master bedroom that awaits you offers stunning beach views with its walkout balcony and the beach experience follows through into your exquisitely built private en-suite featuring a separate soaking tub right on the stained glass window overlooking the Gulf (the en-suite also has a double vanity and walk-in shower). Also included on the second floor is the first washer and dryer set.
The third floor offers the same master king suite experience on the beach side of the home; same stunning views, same private en-suite set up, everything! This floor also has two more bedrooms (one king master with a street view and one twin room featuring 2 bunk sets sleeping 4) each with their own private en-suite. The second washer and dryer set is also located on the third floor.
The fourth floor has a new and unique layout with an open-concept main kitchen, dining and living area. Imagine wining and dining with the World's Most Famous Beaches` sun setting just behind you. Feel free to slide open your glass balcony doors and let the fresh salt air in while you listen to the waves rolling by. These are the memories you will take home with you. This floor also features the last king master suite with private en-suite.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! The pool heating system can warm the water up to approximately 85 degrees. This feature must be activated by our team, so please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
"Beach Happy" has direct access to the beach with a private boardwalk! One of our other houses right next door, "Awave From It All", also uses this boardwalk.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Totally awesome

We had 13 adults and 4 children, this home accommodated everyone perfectly. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and supplies adequately stocked. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the game room and swimming pool, oh yeah, the beach is amazing! The Holiday staff reacted quickly to resolve a few minor issues. Overall, an outstanding experience! We plan to stay here again.

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at these beautiful beach houses! Our family is big, so we rented out both of them, and it worked out great!!! The only negative comment that we had, was that for so many guests and staying a full 7 days, there was not enough disposable items (only 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, and a small thing of dish soap)...it was not nearly enough for 7 days and 30 people, and we had to purchase several items. Aside from that though, Holiday Rentals was SO accommodating and quickly fixed any small issues that came up throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Sealy family beach trip

"I cannot say one negative thing about this property. We had ample room and we all had an amazing trip. The staff was most helpful and accommodating. We had a group of 20 and still had plenty of room. We take this trip together each year and this was hands down our favorite place yet!!

"We had 18 total and 6 were young children. Everything about the place was awesome. The home itself is gorgeous, as is the beach view from the 4th floor. The kids loved the pool but equally enjoyed the beach right outside the home. The bedrooms worked out well for all of us. It's a very comfortable house and the elevator was very, very helpful, especially when we were bringing up groceries. There are many restaurants and shopping nearby. We had no problems at all and had a very enjoyable vacation. We highly recommend this place! Definitely 5 stars!

"Our stay at Beach Happy was nothing short of incredible—it was, without a doubt, the best vacation we’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the most breathtaking ocean views and a home that exuded warmth and comfort. The attention to detail in the design and decor was perfect, creating an inviting, relaxed atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The spacious, open-concept living area was perfect for our family, with plenty of seating, a stunning kitchen, and large windows that brought in the stunning beach views. The bedrooms were cozy, with super comfortable beds and linens that made for the best night’s sleep. We woke up every morning to the sound of waves crashing and the smell of the salty ocean breeze. We spent most of our time outside, on the expansive deck, watching the sunset each evening. The private beach access made it so easy to go for long walks along the shore or take a dip in the ocean whenever we wanted. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The location was perfect—close enough to local shops and restaurants but far enough away to feel like a peaceful retreat. The host was incredibly responsive, giving us recommendations for things to do and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, Beach Happy made all of our dreams come true. We’ve made lasting memories here, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this stunning beach home to anyone looking for a serene, fun-filled getaway!

"We had our pre Christmas family gathering in this AMAZING property, everything was so clean and neat, perfectly decorated and organized. The access to the beach and the relaxing pool deck along with all of the accommodations around the house made our family gathering absolutely wonderful. Pool nights, billiards competitions, beach walks and our family meals in the well equipped kitchen with all the seating options to be all together with no chaos is just priceless. "I stayed here in October with my family and we just came back with my boyfriend's family. This couldn't be more perfect for family get togethers. There are so many areas for all of us to hang out as a group. The deck with the pool has lots of seating, the game room is large enough for several to chill and the upper level is perfect for playing games and just relaxing with TV time. We watched many sunsets from the many decks. I can't wait to come back! We just left and I miss it already!

"We stayed at this property in August with a group of friends and immediately booked a return trip with our kids. We couldn't wait to get back!! This is the ideal location with stellar views, especially from the top floor. That is the perfect place to hang out as a family! A large deck overlooking the ocean and the huge windows give the most stunning views from that level. The 2 awesome ocean front suites are AMAZING and the bathrooms? OMG! TRUST ME- RENT THIS HOME!!! "We did a 2 week stay in this beautiful property with a group of friends that we don't get to see often. THIS IS PERFECT FOR LARGE GROUPS. Every room is gorgeous, well decorated with large comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The views are STUNNING, especially from the kitchen level with all of those huge windows that surround the upper level. Being right on the beach was a must and this proved to be the best possible choice out of all the options. The deck was big enough for all of us to enjoy, and we made great use of the grill and pool. I love that the home was absolutely spotless (cleaner than any place we have ever stayed) There are 2 huge dining tables so we could all eat together, the kitchen was perfectly stocked and the 2 dishwashers made clean up a breeze, and the elevator was perfect for getting everything to the kitchen with ease! There are 2 AMAZING ocean view suites with super comfortable mattresses that made it impossible to want to go home. I really can't say enough about this beautiful property. We have already booked a return stay for October with our family. If you are on the fence, don't be! This was absolute perfection in every way.

"This was perfect for our group of friends. The home is enormous and every room is elegant. Nobody felt like they got the short end of the stick, which is rare. "From the moment you walk in the door and your eyes catch a glimpse of the beach out the back you can feel your cares fade away. This beach house is just a few minutes from all the restaurants, shopping, and activities PCB has to offer yet located far enough from the “tourist trap” area that you can slow down, breath in the salty air, and just unwind. You can relax out on one of the 4 decks. My favorite is the main floor deck, lounging on the cushioned patio furniture, listing to the trickle of water from the pool water fall and watching the waves crash. As my title says, it’s pure tranquility. The house is large enough that everyone can have their own space when needed but is a place to come together and create wonderful memories. The beds are comfortable, the shower with multiple shower heads was amazing, and given that each room has it’s on ensuite bathroom is a wonderful perk. The amenities of this place are top notch. My daughter’s favorite was playing on the pool table. She thoroughly enjoyed beating her grandpa at pool. No matter what type of beach vacation you are looking for, this is the place to stay in PCB. We can’t wait to stay here again.

2nd Time in Beach Happy

"This is the second time we've stayed in Beach Happy. Each adult couple had their own room w/bathroom. That allows for plenty of privacy and room to stretch out. The bunk rooms are also perfect for the little ones and single adults. The house is huge. You can spread out and not be cramped and deal with clutter. The kitchen is huge to where everyone can help with the cooking and it not be crowded. The extra 1/2 bath and wet bar area on the first floor is perfect to come off the beach, grab snacks and drinks, then head right back out. If we ever come back in the spring or fall (since it rents Sat.-Sat.), we would for sure stay there again. Also, the rental company is great too. We had 2 minor issues. They were there within a couple hours. One issue, with the outdoor shower wand, they fixed and we didn't know they even showed up. They're communication was great also.

Happy Days at Beach Happy

"Beach Happy is a wonderful luxury beachfront home perfectly located just steps away from the sand and the gulf with private beach access. This 4-story home has the kitchen and a common area on the top floor with magnificent views. The kitchen is perfect for a large group with 2 large refrigerators/freezers,2 dishwashers, and the 2 large tables are perfect for dining. It was also nice to have an additional fridge on the bottom floor. Overall, a great place to vacation and make memories for families of all ages. Ashley was awesome to work with. Communications were proactive and the entire Holiday Beach Rentals team was very responsive to all inquiries. Check in/out was seamless. Beach Happy is the best property we have rented, and we plan to be repeat guests.

Perfect Place for a large family gathering!

"Beach Happy provided lots of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone could have their own private time; but it also provided gathering spot for family eating and game playing. Everyone loved the pool and pool deck. The sunsets were beautiful and the sound of the surf, so relaxing. Beach Happy was a perfect setting for our family to enjoy each other and start 2023 right!

Great Stay! Beautiful Stay!

"It looks just like the pictures!!! We came down to host an event in town so did not get to spend a lot of time IN the house. However, it was really nice and spacious. It was decorated very well. A lot of attention to detail in the layout. From the electrical outlet placement in the rooms to the organization of the kitchen. The views were fantastic! Overall, we loved the house and would definitely stay again!
