30a My Way is one of our brand new luxury beachfront homes, located in the beautiful Inlet Beach area. It's currently still in construction and due to be ready to rent in November, 2020 (just in time for the entire family to get together for the Holidays).This home has stunning beachfront views along with private balconies, large outdoor pool and spa and a private beach boardwalk. It also includes an indoor theater room, recreational room, indoor elevator, 3 kitchens, top floor loft and a carriage house.It's the perfect place to host large groups of family and friends up to 35 while still having plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own privacy when desired. 

The first floor features the theater room with 3 large couches to lounge on and watch the big screen. You also have a large beachside recreational room complete with a full kitchen and sliding glass doors opening up to your private outdoor pool and spa. If you venture out a little past the pool, you will come across your own boardwalk that steps all the way down to your quiet beach oasis. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor as well, one king and one bunk room featuring 2 twin over queen bunks (each of these bedrooms have their own full private bathrooms).

The second floor is considered to be the main floor of the home with an open floor plan featuring a large kitchen and bar area, living area, and separate dining area. Nothing compares to the view from this area of 30a My Way! The entire beachside glass wall opens up, giving you unobstructed views from all all angels of the coastline, you can literally have the smell of the ocean and the sound of the waves inside (although you will probably end up venturing outside onto the furnished walkout balcony as well). There are three additional bedrooms down the hall from the main living area. One queen over king bunk bedroom and one room featuring a twin over twin bunk and twin over queen bunk. Each of these room has their own prvate bathrooms as well. There is also a carriage house on the North side of this floor which features a full kitchen and dining space as well as a king bedroom plus a spiral staircase leading up to a private room with two twin beds along with a private bathroom. The carriage house second floor has . This also has a king bedroom with a connecting bathroom with walk-in shower. 


The third floor has 4 additional bedrooms. On the South side is one queen room, a family-style room with a king bed plus twin over twin bunk, single king room and then a twin over twin bunk room. Each of these rooms have their own private bathroom as well.


The fourth and final floor (this is where that elevator comes in handy) is an open area loft-style room large enough for a king bedroom with connecting bathroom with a separate tub and shower. There is also a nook with 2 twin beds.

30A My Way requires a 7 night minimum stay for the check-in/check-out date schedule below:


2021:
Family Break: March 13 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 6 – August 15 (Sunday – Sunday)
Fall Break: October 2 – October 16 (Saturday – Saturday)

2022:
Family Break: March 12 – April 9 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 5 – August 14 (Sunday – Sunday)
Fall Break: October 1 – October 15 (Saturday - Saturday)




 
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

 
Refundable Damage Deposit: 30a My Way requires a $5000 refundable damage deposit to be charged 60 days before arrival, on the credit card used to book the original reservation. If for any reason we are unable to collect this fee, we will reach out by phone (via the number submitted on the reservation) in order to get the information needed. If we are unable to get a timely response, the reservation is considered cancelled and all paid-in funds will be 100% forfeited to Holiday Beach Rentals.
 
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.

Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management’s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
