"30A Away" is a beach front dream home located on the beautiful West end of Panama City Beach. This home features a private pool, seven spacious bedrooms, unique open concept floor plan, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.


 

  • The ground floor is a perfect place for the entire group to gather and enjoy a show in the comfortable sitting area or play a fun game of pool and foosball! A convenient twin bed nook and fully equipped kitchenette is only a few steps inside from the private outdoor pool area. The spacious outside deck offers an outdoor grill, bar table, high-top dining table & chairs as well as amazing views of the Emerald Coast from every angle. Your private outdoor stairs lead straight to the boardwalk access point, down to the white sugary sand! Also located on the ground floor is a unique multi-twin bunk room featuring two twin over twin bunks with a connected bathroom (also shared with the main floor).
     
  • Up on the main floor is a wonderful open concept floor plan which allows everyone to be together while watching the sunset from the furnished balcony or cooking a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen. With indoor and outdoor dining, you are sure to have a different view of the coastline for every meal! The living area has enoug seating for all guests and includes a large tv and electric fireplace. There are two additional bedrooms also located on this floor: one king bedroom with an outside terrace and a king/queen bunk room, each with their own ensuites.
     
  • The 3rd level features two beautiful beachfront king master suites with noteworthy, gulf views from the furnished walkout balcony. On the streetside is another king bedroom and a queen over king bunk room, each with their own ensuites. Additionally, there is a quaint TV area out through the hallways with 2 twin sleeper chairs. One of our favorite features of this area are the pyramid bunk beds - 2 twins and a full! For added convenience, we've placed a full laundry room on this floor as well with a side-by-side washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.


No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file.   If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older.  Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed.  Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation.  Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Property
We rented this location for Spring Break 2018 and were blown away by the home and the service we received. We had a group of 16 people, 8 adults and 8 children ranging from 8 to 17 years old. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out across the 3 floors if we needed or gather as a large group in the dining area, deck, or game area downstairs. The beach area was perfect for our group as it was far enough away from the usual Spring Break 'chaos' but still enough other people around that the kids didn't feel like they were on a deserted island. The property managers were all over any request we had. From last minute early check-in and pool heating requests to any items we called for while staying at the house. We had one minor issue where the foosball table was missing the ball, which we really were not concerned about, the property managers looked everywhere in Panama City and when they couldn't find one they ordered some through Amazon and had them delivered first thing Monday morning. I would highly recommend this location and Holiday Beach Rentals in general. We will definitely use their services again.
