"30A Away" is a newly built beach front dream home located on the beautiful East end of Panama City Beach. This home features a private pool, seven spacious bedrooms, unique open concept decor, and breathtaking Gulf views. The home offers a beautiful open floor plan with plenty of space for everyone. Every detail has been thought of for this home including a fast charger for your smart car.
The 1st level is a perfect place for the entire group to gather and enjoy a show in the comfortable sitting area. It also has a game area, twin bed nook, a mini kitchen and is only steps from the outdoor pool area. The spacious outside deck (with ample seating) offers amazing views of the Emerald Coast as well as your own boardwalk access point straight to the water.
Head on up to the main floor where you walk into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The wonderful open concept floor plan allows everyone to gather and enjoy each other while watching the sun set from the furnished balcony. Also, on this floor is one king bedroom with an outside terrace and attached bathroom as well as a king/queen bunk room with an attached bathroom (sleeping 4 guests).
The 3rd level features 2 beautiful king master suites with noteworthy, gulf views. An additional TV area with 2 twin sleeper chairs can also be found here. Added to this floor are 4 additional bedrooms (one queen over king bunk room and one king master room) along with a custom full/twin/twin bunk nook. Each bedroom features its own flat screen TV.

Family Break: March 13 – April 10 (Saturday – Saturday)
Summer: June 6 – August 15 (Sunday – Sunday)
Fall Break: October 2 – October 16 (Saturday – Saturday)
Family Break: March 12 – April 9 (Saturday – Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.v
