What are the benefits of renting a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are equipped in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" rather than returning to a foreign space like hotels or multi-unit condo resorts. Our private homes are fully furnished and equipped where it matters the most…like the bathrooms, kitchens, balconies and outdoor pool and grilling areas. Some of our homes even have game rooms, theater rooms, elevators, and hot tubs. With our variety of rentals, we have something that will meet everyone’s expectations in your travel group.
How often are your rentals professionally cleaned and sanitized? What are your standards of clean?
We are asked this question a lot, and rightfully so. All our cleaning crews are fully licensed and professionally trained to meet current CDC guidelines when sanitizing each of our rentals between each guest occupancy. Along with basic cleaning areas such as showers/tubs and floors – we also make sure to spend extra time disinfecting the smaller, more common “high touch areas” such as countertops light switches, door handles and faucets. Additionally, all our towels and bedding are washed in water that's at least 60°C/140°F. We also offer a step-up from regular linen service with our exclusive “Never-Been-Slept-In” linen package. When you add this to your reservation, we will make sure every mattress in your rental home has a brand-new set of sheets and pillowcases - right out of the package and freshly washed! What is your Covid-19/refund policy?
Our cancellation and refund policy does not provide any form of a refund for cancelled reservations. If a reservation is cancelled it results in a complete forfeiture of all funds paid. However, we do allow guest to modify their reservation dates, property, or both so long as you are 60 or more days out from arrival. Any reservation changes you make are subject to rate change, availability, and reliant on your reservation being within the 60 day or more prior to arrival date range. We do charge a $250 change fee per every change made to reservation unless multiple changes are made at the same time. If you choose to modify your reservation all funds you have already paid will be transferred and applied to your new reservation balance. We also offer guest travel insurance through Generali Travel Insurance. This will provide the possibility of being fully refunded. Generali offers a free 10-day look period, if for any reason within the first 10 days of purchasing you decide it is not right for you, we will cancel the policy and provide you with a 100% refund of the policy. (Please note that an NY or HI residents are not eligible for insurance directly through Holiday Beach Rentals, you would need to contact them direct).
What is the non-refundable damage waiver fee?
Everyday life can be filled with stressful situations and when you go on vacation, you should be able to relax and enjoy your getaway. Our Damage Waiver Fee is designed to make your relaxation and comfort unspoiled. Instead of putting down a large up-front security deposit, this small fee offers protection for those little incidents. No more credit card holds or canceled check fees to worry about. No need to trouble over accidental damage in your rental. If something breaks, simply let us know immediately and your waiver kicks in to repair or replace the item. Most importantly, you are provided with the confidence to enjoy your vacation without worry. The non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee is included in the total cost of all reservations. This fee varies per reservation depending on the type of accommodation and length of stay. This fee is not insurance.
Minor, accidental damage to your unit and its contents during your stay such as (but not limited to): scratches on the doors, floors or walls, broken glassware, spills, stains, and broken furniture. Each registered guest is protected by this waiver and will not be obligated to pay for reported incidences of accidental damage to the rental up to the agreed upon amount. The coverage amount will be noted on your reservation documentation.
Intentional or careless damage to your unit is not included. Your personal items are not covered. Damage discovered by management is not covered. All damage must be reported prior to checkout.
Coverage is not provided for:
- Damage related to an intentional act or gross negligence. These include but are not limited to: damage caused by a party, damage caused by smoking or pets and theft or removal of unit inventory.
- Damage related to violation of our rental policies.
- Damage to personal items.
- Damage caused by any person other than you or your traveling companions named on your reservation.
- Damage not reported immediately to management.
- Damages exceeding the amount of coverage your waiver covers (you can see this on your reservation).
- Loss or theft.
Your Duties When Damage Happens:
- Take all reasonable, necessary steps to prevent further damage.
- Report damage in writing to management prior to check-out.
- Provide management with all related documentation such as a police report or repair estimate.
Do you have age requirements?
The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing our Rental Agreement) MUST be at least 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental’s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to individuals under 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian that is the age of at least 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the up to age 24.
Is smoking allowed inside/outside of your vacation rentals?
Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of any property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
How do I reserve a home and/or condo?
You make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. You may call our office at 844-722-3224 and a reservationist will be glad to assist you. Remember, when you book directly with Holiday Beach Rentals (via online or by phone), you get the absolute best price by avoiding 3rd party fees from the other guys (like VRBO, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, etc.)!
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or e-checks. We do not accept American Express. We also offer the ability to split up payments on different forms of payment.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Our vacation home rentals do not allow pets of any kind. However, we do have condos located in Windmark Beach that do allow pets in certain units, with a $250 pet deposit.
What is provided in my rental?
Our homes and condos are fully furnished and equipped with everything you should need during your stay. All linens and bath towels are provided as well as all cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils in the kitchen. All homes and/or condo rentals come with at least one washer and dryer unit as well. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry/dish soap, and bathroom toiletries. Depending on the length of your stay you may want to bring additional supplies. Each of our rental homes has an outdoor grill, we ask that you please bring your own charcoal and for the gas units, you are responsible for your own propane.
Is my pool and/or hot tub heated?
Most of our private pools/spas can be heated. Please give us a call to have that feature activated, as it is a manual setting in which our property managers must set at the property (please know there is an extra fee for such service).
Are there any additional services you offer?

What is your check-in/check-out time?
Check-in begins at 4PM on the day of your arrival. Check-out is at 10AM on the day of your departure. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for an additional fee and are dependent upon occupancy schedules. Where do we go to check in?
All our homes at Holiday Beach Rentals offer contactless check-in via key code smart lock. We will email you a wireless entry code that will activate at 4PM (or earlier if you have pre-purchased an early check-in time). There is no need to wait in line at a busy rental office... just walk right into your beach house and start your vacation immediately!
Do you allow special events in your rental homes (weddings, reunions, etc.)?
We do allow events in most of our vacation rental houses, please contact us for exact information. Please know there is an additional management fee that comes along with events that result in exceeding the max occupancy in the home (this covers additional wear and tear of the home during the event, additional cleaning/trash pick-up, etc.). If you are planning to host a wedding, you may need to obtain a permit from the City of PCB.
